The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Agriculture

We tied our farm policy into the welfare policy so we could get their votes, their support and their attention. It's made us now look like we're right there with the welfare recipients. The bad is we are legislatively controlled. We have no choice there. They create this thing. I'm jus telling you about the good, the bad and the ugly agriculture.
