How to Manage a Stock Market Drop?

I've been playing around with gold and silver. I saw, like, almost overnight, like a 25 thousand dollar hit just in my stock account. The long term money is stuff that you're going to sit back and know that it's just going to go up and down. And if we look at the market on the long term basis, its return is anywhere between nine and 12 %. Long term, it goes up eight out of ten years. Ten years, we might be in he two years that's going down, ok? But it goes out up 8 or ten years.
