Can They Use a Trade Exception to Get a Low End Rotation?
The Boston Celtics have cleared a billion roster spots. Can they get one or two low end rotation players, or even better than that, out of those spots? I want to see what brad stevens does it kind of the bottom end of this roster,. i don't think that's going to determine whether they win a championship or not.
