Camille: I recently was reading some W.E.B. Du Bois, and I rediscovered a various short track of his,. It's a very long essay called The Conservation of Race. And it is an astonishing, astonishing document. Camille continues to read the first couple of sentences ofDu Bois's obituary for Stalin that was published in the National Guardian March 16th, 1953.
