Shantony: I grew up in a city called Bombay and you know, it was changed to Mumbai for kind of language politics. So I will always be a girl from Bombay. And there was English has been aspirational. It's true for all countries. But especially in India given our colonial history, it's always had that place where the elites spoke English. anybody who couldn't speak English was perceived as not educated enough and didn't get that same space.
