How to Build Confidence

Sally Kohn: I want to go back to this confidence as a gender thing, right? So the research shows that men are authentically overconfident. And why wouldn't they be? They see everybody who looks just like them at the breakfast table. When they're white men they're not faking it; when they're black or Asian women you know what I'm talking about. You can fail and you'll, you will build your confidence. That is the beautiful power of confidence.
