The August Auto Sales Report
Last week, cathy wood brought this up as perhaps evidence that consumers are waiting for evs. That they may be less willing to buy a gasolene vehicle because they are anticipating the increased hit in depreciation from evs. We did get august auto sales for the us and it was down 13 % year over year. Days of supply are at re lows, just 23 days of supply, versus 50 last year. And here we talking about inventory down 50% across the industry.
