Ajit: Geico has certainly taken the ball by the horns and made rapid strides in terms of trying to bridge the gap with its competitors. Greg: Even though we have made improvements on telematics, we still haven't started to realize the true benefit. Ajit: The real culprit of the bottleneck is technology. BNSF's technology needs a lot more work than I thought it did.
