I think too many hosts will let themselves be bullied into just giving full refunds because they get a whiff that the guests might leave anything less than five stars. You have to work with the guests and be willing to fess up when you, when you guys screwed up on your end and it wasn't clean. But at the same time, you cannot let them dictate you around like that and just full on get the whole stay refunded while they're choosing to stay. I know that story was a little off topic from the full conversation, but I'm actually so glad you shared that as well. And I'm glad you stuck to your guns on that one.
