Herschel Walker's campaign and the RNC combined didn't really build an early voting apparatus, says Julian Zelizer. In Georgia specifically, if you look at rural counties, rural counties is where Herschel Walker should have dominated because city centers tend to be very liberal,. But rural counties, Herschel Walker didn't mobilize an early Voting apparatus. He didn't target those people that he knew would be Republican votes. That's them for their votes, show them how to early vote. This could easily have been hacked by foreign adversaries probably was and could have been used against our human sources in ways that could have caused death of actual people or national security impacts here in the United States.
