How to Recruit and Select Coders for the Hackathon Program

The program is a 20 week boot kit. While they're going through the boot camp, they do receive a stipend. We work with some really cool companies like Wistia, Wave Stairs, Finnepartner, Audible has been a partner. So lots of organizations that are looking to hire top level talent from our boot camp.
