Casual, but Not Too Casual
Sick is often used by younger people. I wouldn't recommend this for most of the learners again. Bloody or bloody hell, something like that - it's quite old fashioned these days. If you are chuffed, it means you're pleased or you're happy with something. You're overjoyed. It's a really kind of nice sounding word in it.
