Rob is a business coach, mentor and trainer that works with creative agencies to help them grow in a sustainable & profitable way. Prior to that he started, grew and sold his own successful marketing agency. Since starting Da Costa Coaching in 2007 he has helped over 250 agencies including Digital, PR, Design, Web development, and full-service marketing agencies. Today he provides face to face and skype coaching, classroom based training and online learning programmes.
