The Importance of Periodicity in Risk Management
Number 10 is records of information, training, instruction and supervision provided to workers that is relevant to their role in relation to psychosocial hazards. That would be in your suite of probably your suite of documents that detail your risk management processes. Number 11 is the word periodicity - a word I've heard other regulators use over my nine years of previous work experience. It's also a good way for us to recognise whether there are any gaps.
