Is There a Way to Separate Custom Color Panels to Styles?

A lot of third party plugins or even some core plugins register their own color pickers. It would by default land in settings. So there would need to be a way to move your custom color panel to styles, especially for user experience. And then there is a chain or an update and make it easy to copy and paste block styles. We just now need to make sure that third party folks can put stuff where they want it.
