Three Observations on Leadership

i used to think that there was kind of a single leadership persona, like a way you had to be in order to be a great leader. But it turns out that all of the great leaders that i work with and got to observe, they were all really different. Great leaders come in all shapes and sizes, all personality types and c characteristics. In your quest to become a great leader,  you have to be yourself. You can't try to be someone else.
