How to Make Ethics Accessible for Researchers

I think sometimes the ethics process feels inaccessible. It can be lots of bouncing backwards and forwards between ethics panels at universities. But I think if you've got a good research support team or an organization like MIPIN, that does this day to day, you can really translate all that and make it accessible for people. And so in reality, I think bringing people in with lived experience ethics process makes it a better application. but in a way, that's bottom up and not top down, which is the most important thing, I think.
