Not all habits or activities are consistently done year round. Some things like the amount of work that I put into the book, for example, that makes sense during the season. But when I have kids, like that, that's going to signal a different season. So habits change with seasons and that's fine. You don't need to feel guilty about that. That's never enough to be habitual. And in that case, if it's something that is infrequentlyenough to be a habit, then it makes them actually happen.
