Obviously there's outside forces Um, but uh, it is a lot of perception and mindset So on on the topic of happiness for four or five years I I actively seeked every single book about happinessUh positive psychology is where it really led me to um, I minored in psychology so he was always fascinated by just like emotions and human behavior.
