The Ethics of Copyright

I'm not looking forward to living in a world where deep fakes are just, you know, like a very real just part of reality that we all have to do with. I wonder if anybody is working on a creative commons license or open source software license that explicitly prohibits training of AI models. You might be liable but nobody knows yet so you know, again I'm not a liar don't take this as legal advice. But it's complicated.
