The software industry used to be big on this process called waterfall, where like you have people up at the top deciding the architecture and they decide the pieces and it goes down. But I think what what the industry found was that the feedback loop on that was so slow because you wouldn't find problems until you got to the very bottom or many layers down. So we're trying to make it more organic and trying to shorten the feedback loop.
