But when wild life populations abound is when they're managed by human beings. The alternate model might be a view humans that's different from yours. I think you assume that because we are smart, and because there are so many of us, that inevitably we will bump into them,. When we do, we will win, and thus your calculations may be correct. Now i'm not trying to outsmart anybody...it's just a traditional method that's worked until somebody comes up with a methodology
