We have built a very high stack of a civilization that's based on that one single assumption, availability of electricity. Our water treatment, our sewage treatment, our logistical systems, our factories, everything depends on electricity almost a hundred per cent. And so you start to think about how thin the thread is by which modern society hangs. It only took seven hours for there to be looting in the grocery stores during an extended blackout a few years ago.
