There was an unprecedented mention of coal. This is the first time that the cop decision has mentioned coal directly in the context of actually reducing the use of coal as a way to tackle climate change. Developing countries have been very keen to see a glasgow loss and damage facility, hence the name. And they effectively want money to help them deal with that.
