How to Train at the Right Intensity Using Power

With power, you really get the ability to more accurately adjust for those other external environmental changes. One thing we're doing a lot with Joe Gray, the, the trail runners is when we're looking at race planning for him,. He's actually climbing, you know, a couple thousand feet of elevation in his races. So we're trying to account for how much power will drop as he rises, raises going up in altitude. That's very interesting. I had no idea. Cool. Is there anything else we would raise that we should go into or should we move on to the next topic?
