The Benefits of Intelligent Coffee

Regularly drinking coffee has been shown to help prevent cognitive decline and reduce the risk of developing all simers and parkinson's disease. Coffee is best, and it's not coming along with pesicides, herbacides, rodentisides, fungus sides. The data clearly shows that some coffee, a cup or two a day, and the accompanying caffine, is a great adjunct for improved mental performance. Going too far starts to diminishing return.
