The Differences Between a Sat and a PAO2 Value
A patient who's sat in 85 to 88 is often going to have a PAO2 in the low 50s. That might be a sign that your waveform is poor, but usually you can just get a sense by looking at the waveform and seeing the discovery. A good thing to stick in the back of your mind is a saturation of 90% oftentimes correlates with about 60 millimeters of oxygen.
