i joined audible towards the tail end of their acquisition, about three or four years in. It was just an amazing learning experience and a incredible ride to be on part of the audible integration into kindle,. The other thing i think that i learned at amazon was just the customer obsession and that connection to customers. And that just lit a spark in me as faris obsessing that customer value.
