The team part is so challenging, i think, to find the right people for the right positions. One of the may be kindest, most efficient things that we've done during the last several years is t let people go at different times whenike they weren't thriving on the team. It's only happened a couple of times for us, but it's been something that has really helped accelerate our growth and taken pressure off of the other team members. Te order to work together, you all need to feel that you're running at the same pace. You can work collaborately, but everyone's like engaged and working towards a tea metress together. And i think that's semlike one
