Salting Your Food to Taste

As a blanket statement, your sodium intake will drop by grams. Most people on a whole food diet are plunging themselves into a deficiency range where they're almost certain to need more salt. But even many people are not deliberately restricting salt. They don't really realize how much salt was hidden from your taste in the processed food you used to eat. And so your perception of how much you need to salt your food might be off.
