The Origins of the Outfitter

The outfitter was kind of like your tailor for the outdoors. They would set up routes, come up with meal lists and make most of the equipment themselves or contract the workout. As time progressed, the outfitter became more of urban outfitters. But I wanted to reclaim the idea because even in the world of bushcraft, gear needs and requirements were always something that was very individualized.
