Do You Have a Plan for Workouts?

i've always struggled with general body strength. i'm using the post partum as an opportunity to work on them. And maybe if someone's don't wait until you have b to deal with it, do it sooner. Osum ossum. I guess one of the things i wanted to add is, i think i've put a focus on being post partem,. but these are things that i was rubbish out before i had a baby. E, so i can cund a plan my week, which is great, because i can plan it round - and er, things like that. Ther asm amazing.
