Most cemo pharmacies, if an institution has a separate chimo pharmacy, are going to have a pharmacy that's probably not open 24 hours a day. The main reason for cut offs is to make sure that the pharmacy is staffed with enough people to make sure all behind e s work is done. Melfan is a really, really hard drug to get into solution and it can take 30 to 60 minutes to get nto solution because it's very stubborn. So melpins a really goo example of a problematic drug. And some of our other drugs, like monoponal anabodies, can be difficult to get into Solution.
