The Clippers Aren't Going to Be in My Tier 5 This Year - I'm Going to Move Them to Tier 4

The Clippers have plenty of talent and you have to be able to construct and execute without an inconsistently available key player. I'm more intrigued by the Durant Booker fit than I am the Luca Kyrie fit. Phoenix is hard and we haven't seen them on the floor. We're not going to see them on thefloor for at least until after the Oscar break.
