Is There a Myth About Creatine?

There's a myth that taking creatine can cause hair loss. The human mind is really irrational, and if you hear something about it repetitively, it becomes truth to some people who believe these different things. It makes no sense that using an ergogenic aid that improves cellular energy production would somehow exacerbate hair loss. So I'm not sure where this myth came from, but here's the good news: There have been many randomized placebo controlled studies in women as well as men.
