I was diagnosed with OCD anxiety disorder and panic disorder. I would have described myself as living in like a heightened state of anxiety 24 hours a day. My OCD came in the form of obsessive thoughts. So people think that OCD like they're like oh, I'm so OCD I have to have everything clean.
