Is Ronnie Coleman's Training Right?

Ronnie would peer it up to one top set yeah he didn't even do back all sets I really or anything. If you break down Ronnie's training like volume wise and look at we're just gonna count sets that are very close to failure or was there how many of the heaviest ones? It was usually one per exercise, four to five sometimes six for a muscle. The only time I saw more than one was fucking John it did it fucked me up because I had he went back to that by the end and I had a bad day.
