The Price of Diligence

I was just reading the other day about the four different levels of knowledge, level one is assumption. Level two is knowledge. Level three is skills where you can do what you know you're supposed to do. And level four is practice or diligence - doing it every single day. It's become a part of who you are. That's where leadership happens,. whether you are leading other people or just leading yourself.
