Building a Local Footprint

If you're trying to make a network state, you have to act in the real world. You need to build a very good local footprint, little legitimacy and build sort of benefits that are shared with the community. That's exactly what they're doing as well. They're not coming in with this kind of antagonistic approach that Bellagio lays out in the book,. which is the entire point of micro teak here. It's all about, I mean, every at the end of the day, everything in politics, everything comes back to identity perception, persona and marketing. And I think with that framing, then that community first approach can be incredibly successful.
