Martin Morgan Taylor: We're in the dark ages with our insulation and so on it's going to take years for all that to catch up are we not at risk if we start saying well we'll legislate but it doesn't apply to older properties. He says it's probably going to be unfortunately necessary that people are allowed to sort of phase out old light types. But hopefully what we need a consumer is really to realize that lighting and energy saving is all part of the same thing.
