The fifth section is strong on stairs. You don't want your knees dropping in and out as you move up or down the stairs. The core and our shoulders get involved in walking, so how do those get involved? It's absolutely just as much about your upper body as it is your lower body. So practice that arm swing motion and just focus not so Much on the relaxation but on the flow of movement.
