The Church's Motion for on Bonk Rehearing in the City Creek Mall Project
Kobe: The next steps really that the church is going to look at is to petition for an on bonk rehearing which just means that it'll go in front of the entire night circuit panel. He says ultimately whether it goes on bonk or not this case potentially is headed to the supreme court of the united states. Kobe: I personally think the biggest issue that we'll be facing our supreme court in the next five to twenty years is how and maybe this case doesn't directly get there but who knows the supreme court when they take a look at a case can reverse the first amendment part of the case.
