The Importance of Fluid Restrictions in Sleep

Don't drink. If you're having trouble urinating during the night or something else that's going on, you're wetting the bed in your recess. And we talked about this within your recess, at least I wrote about in the book,. Fluid restriction to prevent any recess doesn't really work. Let's eat, eat good foods, hydrate ourselves. Let's exercise, let's get good sleep. And let's practice mindfulness and meditation and relaxation.
