Is It a Leadership Opportunity for CHROs?

I think one really interesting breakthrough is in the talent acquisition space, and I think people are starting to realize that conversational AI is a great medium to attract candidates. So it's an opportunity for the CHRO to be a hero within their own organization, within their own ranks. The other focus area though is while you're figuring out how to become a role model in AI adoption, everyone else in your organization is experimenting too. There are risks and issues that need to be managed around the use of AI. And I think HR actually has an opportunity to play that role across the enterprise of how do you safely adopt AI and how do you manage the transition we talked about earlier?
