The Negative Relationship Between Density and Walkability
14,000 people per square kilometer is 56 people per acre. That's the point where the negative relationship, if you get too dense, right? So 56 units in acres, where the upper limit is. And I'm guessing that 25 per hectare is probably I don't know, seven or eight or nine dwelling is benign. It's not very dense. We're arguing that we need to be stopping the urban sprawl that is so characteristic of Australian and Australasian and US cities.
