The Personal Carbon Footprint

I'm becoming increasingly skeptical slash doubting slash critical of the notion of the personal carbon footprint. And I'm just very suspicious of where that came from, because it makes huge amount of sense for a fossil fuel company to say you can carry on burning Fossil Fuel. It's like plastic waste, you know, when I was old enough to have had milk in bottles made of glass that we used again. You could buy milk in a plastic thing, and then you throw the plastic thing away. And that's my fault. No, it's not. It's the fault of the plastics industry that introduced plastic bottles that you throw away and you use once. That's entirely their fault.
