How to Get to a Full Position

When I was working at Shell, we actually sort of said, well, if the price goes to this level, what will our position be? And in fact, that's not my question. My question is just to say, okay, for you to get to a full position, forget about, you know, let me give you an example. In the old days, at the firm, I worked for, we had very few steps to get to A-list status. Today, we have many, many, many more small combinations of parameters before we get toA-list status - and it doesn't even have to be a full signal.
