How Do You Keep Your Partnership So Strong?

We found that we gravitated to doing different things that we each both enjoyed and were better at. We got lucky, those things happened to be highly complimentary. And so on one hand, really appreciated each other's advice and business judgment. But at the same time, we actually enjoyed working on different areas of the business.
