Romania is aware of its communist past, and it's trying with every bit of its effort to move past it. You do get a sense that they spent 50 years under Soviet rule,. And you've got all these Soviet-style, you know, these blocky, Soviet-style apartment tenements. So you'll see them all mixed in.
