Is There a Next Line Therapy for Osmurtenib?
There are many, many different alterations that can arise after o-sub-mertinib. We see 15% of patients with histologic transformation. And then we also see things like met amplification that might be harder to identify with plasma testing. Chemo is an option, but I'm looking to tailor therapy to what I see as a driver of resistance because we have at least retrospective data suggesting that patients do better when you tailor the therapy.
